By installing, activating, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Scope of the Plugin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Plugin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Works exclusively with WordPress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requires the WPML plugin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uses large language models (LLMs) to generate automatic translations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Plugin does&nbsp;<strong>not<\/strong>&nbsp;provide human translation services and does not guarantee linguistic accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. License Grant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, you are granted a&nbsp;<strong>non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license<\/strong>&nbsp;to use the Plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">License conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One license is valid for&nbsp;<strong>one domain<\/strong>&nbsp;only<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multi-domain licenses are available in packages of&nbsp;<strong>1, 2, 5, or 10 domains<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The license may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Subscription Model and Access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Plugin is sold as a&nbsp;<strong>yearly subscription<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During an active subscription period, you receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access to the latest versions of the Plugin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After subscription expiration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You retain&nbsp;<strong>permanent access<\/strong>&nbsp;to the latest version of the Plugin available at the moment the subscription started (the \u2018fallback version\u2019)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You lose access to updates and support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fallback version may be used indefinitely, subject to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Payments and Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are stated on our website and are payable in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>14-day money-back guarantee.<\/strong> Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the Plugin is not right for you, email szymon.zawadzki@llm-automatic-translation.top within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the licence fee in full, no questions asked. You do not need to provide a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What the refund covers.<\/strong> The refund covers the Plugin licence fee only. API costs that you pay directly to third-party providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepL) are billed by those providers under their own terms and are not refundable by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scope.<\/strong> The guarantee applies to the first purchase of a given paid plan and to plan upgrades. It does not apply to automatic subscription renewals \u2014 you may cancel a subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Abuse of the guarantee.<\/strong> We reserve the right to refuse a refund where the guarantee is being abused, including but not limited to: repeated purchase-and-refund cycles by the same customer, business or affiliated entity; purchases made with the apparent intention of obtaining a refund after completing a translation project; or purchases linked to a previous breach of these Terms, chargeback or licence-key sharing. In such cases we will inform you of the reason for the refusal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Processing.<\/strong> Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days. Once a refund is issued, the associated licence key is deactivated and your right to use the Plugin, receive updates and receive support ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Statutory rights.<\/strong> This guarantee is granted voluntarily, in addition to and without prejudice to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (or as a natural person concluding a contract not of a professional character) under applicable consumer protection law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Third-Party Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Plugin relies on third-party services, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>WPML<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OpenAI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Provider is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Availability, performance, or changes to third-party services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Errors or limitations resulting from third-party APIs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent permitted by law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Plugin is provided&nbsp;<strong>&#8222;as is&#8220; and &#8222;as available&#8220;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Provider makes no warranties, express or implied<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Provider shall not be liable for:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loss of data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of revenue or profits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect or misleading translations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Website downtime or SEO impact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Indemnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your use of the Plugin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content translated or published using the Plugin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violation of these Terms or applicable laws<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Provider reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suspend or terminate a license in cases of abuse, license violations, or unlawful use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disable license validation for domains exceeding purchased limits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Termination does not entitle you to a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Changes to the Plugin and Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Provider may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Modify, update, or discontinue the Plugin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update these Terms at any time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
