Website owners using the Plugin remain independent data controllers for the content published on their websites.

3. How the Plugin Works

The Plugin:

• Requires the WPML plugin
• Translates website content using OpenAI language models

All translation operations are initiated by the website administrator.

4. Data Processed by the Plugin

The Plugin processes only content selected for translation, which may include:

• Page and post content
• Custom fields
• Content created with page builders such as Elementor

This content is sent directly from the user’s WordPress installation to OpenAI’s API for translation.

Important:

• The Plugin developer does not receive, store, or access this content
• Content is not routed through the developer’s servers

4.2 Personal Data

The Plugin does not intentionally process:

• User account data
• Email addresses
• IP addresses
• Authentication credentials

If personal data exists within website content itself, it is processed solely under the responsibility of the website owner.
