These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the LLM Automatic Translation WordPress plugin (the “Plugin”). By installing, activating, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of the Plugin
The Plugin:
- Works exclusively with WordPress
- Requires the WPML plugin
- Uses large language models (LLMs) to generate automatic translations
The Plugin does not provide human translation services and does not guarantee linguistic accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose.
3. License Grant
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Plugin.
License conditions:
- One license is valid for one domain only
- Multi-domain licenses are available in packages of 1, 2, 5, or 10 domains
- The license may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred
4. Subscription Model and Access
The Plugin is sold as a yearly subscription.
During an active subscription period, you receive:
- Access to the latest versions of the Plugin
- Technical support
After subscription expiration:
- You retain permanent access to the latest version of the Plugin available at the moment the subscription started (the ‘fallback version’)
- You lose access to updates and support
The fallback version may be used indefinitely, subject to these Terms.
5. Payments and Refund Policy
All prices are stated on our website and are payable in advance.
14-day money-back guarantee. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the Plugin is not right for you, email szymon.zawadzki@llm-automatic-translation.top within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the licence fee in full, no questions asked. You do not need to provide a reason.
What the refund covers. The refund covers the Plugin licence fee only. API costs that you pay directly to third-party providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepL) are billed by those providers under their own terms and are not refundable by us.
Scope. The guarantee applies to the first purchase of a given paid plan and to plan upgrades. It does not apply to automatic subscription renewals — you may cancel a subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
Abuse of the guarantee. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where the guarantee is being abused, including but not limited to: repeated purchase-and-refund cycles by the same customer, business or affiliated entity; purchases made with the apparent intention of obtaining a refund after completing a translation project; or purchases linked to a previous breach of these Terms, chargeback or licence-key sharing. In such cases we will inform you of the reason for the refusal.
Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days. Once a refund is issued, the associated licence key is deactivated and your right to use the Plugin, receive updates and receive support ends.
Statutory rights. This guarantee is granted voluntarily, in addition to and without prejudice to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (or as a natural person concluding a contract not of a professional character) under applicable consumer protection law.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You are responsible for all content translated using the Plugin
- You have the legal right to process and transmit such content
- You will review and verify translations before publishing
You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and copyright laws.
7. Third-Party Services
The Plugin relies on third-party services, including but not limited to:
- WPML
- OpenAI
The Provider is not responsible for:
- Availability, performance, or changes to third-party services
- Errors or limitations resulting from third-party APIs
Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available”
- The Provider makes no warranties, express or implied
- The Provider shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Incorrect or misleading translations
- Website downtime or SEO impact
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:
- Your use of the Plugin
- Content translated or published using the Plugin
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
10. Termination
The Provider reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate a license in cases of abuse, license violations, or unlawful use
- Disable license validation for domains exceeding purchased limits
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Changes to the Plugin and Terms
The Provider may:
- Modify, update, or discontinue the Plugin
- Update these Terms at any time
Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts.
