This Privacy Policy applies only to the LLM Automatic Translation plugin.

It does not apply to:

  • The WordPress website on which the Plugin is installed
  • WPML
  • OpenAI
  • The licensing web application or payment providers (these services have their own privacy policies)

Website owners using the Plugin remain independent data controllers for the content published on their websites.

3. How the Plugin Works

The Plugin:

  • Operates exclusively within WordPress
  • Requires the WPML plugin
  • Translates website content using OpenAI language models

All translation operations are initiated by the website administrator.

4. Data Processed by the Plugin

4.1 Website Content

The Plugin processes only content selected for translation, which may include:

  • Page and post content
  • Custom fields
  • Content created with page builders such as Elementor

This content is sent directly from the user’s WordPress installation to OpenAI’s API for translation.

Important:

  • The Plugin developer does not receive, store, or access this content
  • Content is not routed through the developer’s servers

4.2 Personal Data

The Plugin does not intentionally process:

  • User account data
  • Email addresses
  • IP addresses
  • Authentication credentials

If personal data exists within website content itself, it is processed solely under the responsibility of the website owner.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 OpenAI

The Plugin uses OpenAI’s API to generate translations.

  • Data is transmitted directly to OpenAI
  • Processing is subject to OpenAI’s privacy policy and data processing terms

OpenAI acts as an independent data processor.

6. Logs and Diagnostics

The Plugin may generate local technical logs on the user’s server for diagnostic purposes.

These logs may include:

  • Error messages
  • Operation status information

The logs:

  • Do not contain website content
  • Do not contain personal user data
  • Are stored only locally on the user’s server
  • Are not transmitted to the developer

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Plugin:

  • Does not set cookies

8. Licensing and Subscription Information

The Plugin is offered as a yearly subscription.

Subscription terms:

  • Permanent access to the latest version available at the time of subscription expiration (fallback version)
  • Licenses are limited to a specific number of domains (1, 2, 5, or 10)

Licensing validation does not involve processing website content.
